Please note that there are no classes during the last week of October as I am doing the intensive bit of my Sound Therapy training. I hope that you will come along and be a guinea pig as I do my practical training over the next few months! Look out for times and dates in November.

All the classes at Sheepwash Village Hall are either £6 pay-as-you-go or £15 for all 8 so, that’s a real bargain! This happens for a week every month in collaboration with the writing retreat in Sheepwash Retreats for You. If you have paid in advance for classes at the studio then, you can use this towards these classes too.

All the classes at Nimblelimbs Studio are either £6 pay-as-you-go or 6 for £30 (to be used within 2 months) There are times for private Yoga, Pilates, Burlesque, Ballet Barre and Zumba classes during the week which are £25 an hour in the studio (up to 8 participants) or £35 in your venue at a time to suit you.
